- Begrüßung durch Dominik Kimmel (ACN, stv. Vorsitzender RGZM) und Answer Lang (Head of Communications and Events IST Austria)

- Vorstellung des IST Austria: Institution, Alumni Arbeit, Outreach (u.a. 10 Jahre IST Austria 2009 – 2019) durch Stephanie Sölkner (Stakeholder Relations), Kathrin Pauser, (Alumnibeziehungen), Georg Heilig (Outreach) und Oliver Lehman (Fundraising)
- Diskussion
- Besuch einer oder zwei Forschungsgruppen

12:30 - 13:30 Mittagessen Kantine des IST Austria
(3 Menus zw. €4 -6 zur Auswahl davon 1 vegetarisches; Suppen, Salate und Nachspeise)

13:30 – 16:00 (dazwischen Coffee break)
- „Forscheralumni“ und wissenschaftsnahe Alumni; Chancen für Transfer und Outreach
Gastbeitrag (Caroline Obermeyer vom Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf) und Diskussion
-Ansätze zur Erhebung der Wirkung von Alumni und Bindungsarbeit mit empirischen Methoden (Lukas Mitterauer, stv. Leiter Besondere Einrichtung für Qualitätssicherung der Universität Wien)
- Diskussion über die Möglichkeit der Weiterentwicklung gemeinsamer Instrumente
- Alumni Engagement durch Mentoring – ein besonderes Angebot für Alumniverantwortliche an Öst. Universitäten und Fachhochschulen. Stand des Projektes. Katja Langmaier und Ingeborg Sickinger)
- Aus dem Verband: Weiterentwicklung von ACN. Kurze Vorstellung diversen Positionspapiere. Möglichkeit zur Stellungnahme. (Mitglieder von ACN erhalten diese im Vorfeld zugesandt.)
