Your Responsibilities

- As the Team Assistant, you will work with the research groups and help them do great science by streamlining administrative and organizational processes
- You are a detective in sourcing and ordering the peculiar items that fuel scientific curiosity
- You are a master in the art of office wizardry, ensuring stationary is available all the time and in its rightful place
- You make sure no scientist ever gets lost by navigating the intricate world of travel management and you ensure smooth reimbursement for our jet-setters
- You mastermind the orchestration of meetings, workshops, and other events from start to finish
- You are the go-to person for the esteemed guests of our research groups, organizing their visits with precision - Scientific exchange is a crucial element in the world of innovation!
- You serve as the vibrant interface to scientific & administrative departments, visiting scientists, cooperation partners, and the cool folks who make the magic happen
Your Profile
- Ideally you have some experience as a (team) assistant and a diploma in commercial training, but most importantly you value continuous learning and growth with us
- A curious mind, open to the world of international research/academia
- You love to proactively support our research groups in all administrative and organizational realms
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and if you can sprinkle in some German, that’s an added bonus
- You relish the art of juggling diverse topics with ease and rocking those office computer skills
- Social prowess, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and an enthusiasm for teamwork is your modus operandi
- You are a passionate service-oriented superhero with top-notch organizational skills and a knack for accuracy and independence
