Fellowships @IST Austria

IST Austria offer two fellowship programs for outstanding, external postdoctoral candidates: The ‘NOMIS fellowships at IST Austria’ program supports applicants working at the intersection of two or more scientific disciplines and who show significant scientific leadership potential. The IST-BRIDGE program (partially funded by the European Union) will support international applicants with a ‘career track’ training program and whose proposed research and experience complements those of an existing IST research group.

The NOMIS Fellowship program has a provisional submission deadline of June 8, 2021. Application documents shall be available prior to the March call opening at the program link below.

The IST-BRIDGE program will launch in Summer 2021, with a provisional submission deadline of November 5, 2021. Further deadlines shall follow in May and November 2022 and 2023.
