Process Automation Specialist

  • € 57,000* gross/year (for 40h/week)

Your Responsibilities

As a Process Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation through the implementation of low/no code solutions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging platforms like Appian, Bizagi, and others, with an additional emphasis on Robotic Process Automation (RPA). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our Digital CoE, ensuring that our processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

  • Utilize expertise in Low/no code platforms like Appian, Bizagi, or other low/no code platforms to design, develop, and implement automated processes / workflows
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and user-friendly applications
  • Apply RPA skills to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes
  • Work with existing RPA tools and explore new technologies to enhance automation capabilities
  • Support the establishment of a Digital CoE, providing guidance and best practices for process automation
  • Continuously assess and improve automation processes to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Promote and support citizen development within ISTA, empowering non-technical users to participate in the automation process
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of citizen developers

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing, enabling, and implementing hyper-automated solutions
  • Proven experience in low/no code platforms, expertise in Appian, Bizagi, or similar tools is a must
  • Experience in implementing applications with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies
  • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
