Your Responsibilities
We are actively seeking an adept and results-driven Process Manager to join our Digitalization and Operational Excellence team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in process mining or a strong knowledge base in this area. Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, including BPMN 2.0, and proficiency with Business Process Management tools like Signavio and Bizagi are essential for this role.
- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end business processes for increased efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Lead the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the process maturity assessment framework
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and drive efficiencies
- Conduct thorough process audits and assessments to identify improvement areas
- Generate and analyze reports on process performance and key operational metrics
- Apply data-driven decision-making to steer continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation of process mining projects
Your Profile
- Degree in Business / Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience in process management and operational excellence
- Specific experience or strong knowledge in process mining
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of cutting-edge technologies such as BPMN 2.0 and simulation techniques
- Proficiency with process modeling tools like Signavio, Bizagi, or equivalent platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- German Skills are an additional asset
