Project Manager - CRM & Analytics

  • € 54,000* gross/year

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Communications team, you will be an important interface between several teams on campus. You will ensure that workflows run smoothly and that the CRM system's capabilities can be fully unlocked for various departments. Your role will therefore focus on integrating processes particularly from event management, marketing, stakeholder relations, and recruiting, while ensuring that established processes are continuously optimized. Furthermore, by processing and analyzing the data, you will provide the basis for strategic institutional decision-making.For this purpose, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Optimize existing CRM processes to ensure efficient workflows
  • Further develop the CRM system in support of the Institute’s objectives
  • Coordinate various departments and their requirements as well as external partners (developers & consultants)
  • Manage external service providers
  • Implement and test various CRM marketing processes together with our marketing experts and create institutional mailing lists
  • Develop a data collection strategy to make marketing and recruiting efforts more efficient
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on relevant KPIs
  • Empower CRM users to independently, reliably, and effectively utilize the system
  • Maintain the contact data and processes of the Communications team

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Prior knowledge of requirement engineering
  • Strong affinity for data and data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a fundamental understanding of CRM processes advantageous
  • Familiarity with event management and marketing processes in CRM systems advantageous
  • Structured and analytical approach to work
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: clear, effective communication and proactive collaboration with colleagues and external partners
  • High level of service orientation, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to further develop expertise in this field (training opportunities provided by the Institute)
