Team Lead for Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions – Graduate School

Your Responsibilities
The MRA team is a part of Graduate School Office that manages student marketing, recruiting and selection process for the PhD program and other centralized educational initiatives. As the Team Lead of the MRA, you will lead a team of experienced and engaged administrators as well as provide strategic input for Graduate School marketing, recruitment and outreach to target audiences.
- Lead and further develop the MRA team according to the SOP: Function of Team leader (TL)
- Provide guidance and advice to applicants; engage students and faculty in marketing and recruitment outreach; Enhance Graduate School visibility on an international education market
- Ensure continuous improvement of administrative processes related to PhD admissions, timely submission of reports, and compliance with Graduate School admission policies
- Manage ‘MRA’ budget, including special projects
- Serve as the main communication interface to internal stakeholders (key faculty, Graduate Students Association, Academic Affairs, HR, Communications Office)
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum five years of work experience in an international academic environment in a comparable position; work experience in a supervising function is of advantage
- Strong leadership skills and strategic vision
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of global graduate student market
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
